Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.
That wasn't quite what I meant by that, but I do kinda agree with you - the in-game taunts and dialogue in "UC2" (and the original "UT", for that matter) tends to be more creative and amusing than the admittedly "generic-for-the-most-part-by-comparision" (phew!) "UT 2003" and "UT 2004" taunts (however, IMHO there are some okay-to-good taunts in those games, tooedhe said:

Personally, I like Auto Taunts. I actually like it in 99 better - not only were there better voices (Less, sure, but better) but YOU COULD HEAR OTHER PEOPLE TAUNTING. In 2k4 (I don't remember if it's 2k3 as well) you only hear Autotaunts in two situations:
1) You kill someone.
2) Someone kills you.
In Instant Action, though, you can hear the bots taunt freely, and believe it or not we've even had questions on how frequent the taunts would be for UTR.
My verdict: If you want to turn them off, do so, but don't nerf it for everyone else who thinks taunts are part of the game. Though you should have the option to be able to turn them all off for you, locally (That is, you still taunt other players and they do to you - but since you muted them, you don't hear either) or individuals (because some people DO spam taunts.)

I'm prety sure I hear the bots taunt each other in the different game types. I'll double check later, but I'm 90% sure on that.

That's a shame, kantham. There are some nice map(packs) recently released for UT, which have raised the bar imho...
