If I want to make a mwp with a ridge line and protect it with artillery ie a thing factory, can I make the thing factory switchable. For example like the .50 cal, so you have to be standing on the switch to activate the thing factory?

Question 2 can I then make the fall of shot land in a pre designed pattern, like 4 or five different points on a hill at random?

Any suggestions or advice would be welcomed.
