....Unreal or UT. I have been hooked on Baldur's Gate! I havn't played a RPG in a long time and this one kicks complete gaping anus! If you need a break from FPS, this is the game to play.

Hi. I'm playing system shock 2. It's a cross between a fps and rpg, this game is scarry and not all that easy. Also playing Mechwarrior 3, got a lot on my gaming plate at the moment. haha /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif

amen to baldurs gate. i was addicted to it when it first came out. played it non stop till i finished it. wanted to start another game over but didnt get around to it.

Not to sound snotty or high and mighty, cause I'm not, but Baldur's Gate was last year for me. Loved it and wanted to get the expansion pack, but I got caught up in another game. System Shock 2 was good, but I just can't see playing it more than once.
I just finished Ultima 9 and am playing Age of Empires II. I'm looking forward to Baldur's Gate 2 and Diablo II.

At first I wasn't going to buy Baldur's Gate, but after months and months of hearing how great it is I finally bought the game. As for it being last year; I don't really care. I have played game way older. Just because it is old doesn't mean it is not still good.
a little re-volt here, a little quake3 there. i just picked up Heretic 2, so theres gonna be a lot of that now.i have so many games, i play em all!

Bin playin Homeworld quite a lot recently it rocks and is very pretty to look at too my machine just about handles it and no more .. well playable tho not on highest settings /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif

oh ya, after i posted this, i loaded up the Indiana Jones demo, and it kicks *** . captures alot of the films. i know it's like Tomb Raider (which i don't like), but it's so much better. better graphics, sound, and adds alot more to the gameplay. pick this one up, it's fun as you'll find out. he's the original tomb raider, and he's the best!

Apart from being immersed in UT - a lot - I'm playing NHL 2000 a hell of a lot (a friend and me had an absolutely brilliant game last night. I was actually dizzy from shouting so much /~unreal/ubb/html/smile.gif ).

hey i play UT every now and then, half-life when i feel the need to punish my self. and i just downloaded a bunch of emulators for super nes nintendo and i got bleem. bleem rocks. i have the graphics cranked sooo high it makes me cry when ever i load it up.

mega man 9. hehe. i've played that once (just like the rest of the mega man's, but with Bass and for super nes). but, don't go around the forums saying you have this certain game man, cos im pretty certain you don't have the japanease import. if you didn't now already, it's illegal to have roms , especially ones from japan and such. be careful d00d.

Here is the catch on ROMs. It's not illeagal to have them as long as you own the system and the game you downloaded. (e.g. I own a Nintendo and I own Super Mario Brothers, but I want to play it on my PC) It is only illeagal if you don't own both.

I'm new at the pc gaming thing and have a couple of games. Myth 2 is one I borrowed from a friend, which is fun (Dwarves burn!). Also have NHL 99 (can't beat it for 10$ - all hail Sam's Culb!), Pod Racer (pirated from a Star Wars fanitic), and a free snowboarding game, which just makes me jones for the real thing. UT takes the cake and 90% of my gaming time. I don't play as much as I'd like, but I have a blast when I do!

Just a word of advice for you el Gato, don't tell people you pirated a game. What you have done can get you in some serious trouble. Since you are new to the PC world, I don't think you knew how bad it really is. Just don't do it again. /~unreal/ubb/html/wink.gif
