For actual eps of anime, irc is still king (unless you have dump server access or are buddies with the distributors.) A good client, mIRC can be found off of www.download.com. Login to a Dalnet server and then run a topic search for anime and presto you'll find a bunch of rooms of ppl serving anime to the public. For more help, when u login to Dalnet, join the room #psychlo-anime (use command "/join #psychlo-anime") and ask me for help or something.
