Alienware invader winamp skin

I was looking for more winamp skins (just cause I like customizing stuff) and I came across the alienware skin. Must be warned it is a 35MB or so sized file.

its very very cool looking. I'm sitting here staring at it right now!!

It's not really a gimmick computer, just overpriced. They do use top of the line components (FX-60's, quad GPU's, etc...)

The skin does look pretty sick though, just get rid of the advertising logos and you're set.

yeah if it had team colors that'll be awesome

I made that all most the same comp with Alienware as with my custom build and it was at least about 800 more dollars than the custom.

As far as gimmick players goes, this one ain't too bad. Well, not the main component, anyways. It's clear, looks good on most desktops, and the buttons work as expected. It's also pretty conservative on resource usage. Too bad the it'll spend 99% of its time minimized. The rest is just generic "huuur plastic player" crap.

for me it would be minimized about 10% of the time. For me theres really no pion to minimize it since I have 2GB of ram

Too bad they use the cheapest OEM parts they can get their hands on. No wonder they're bed fellows with Dell now.
