Well, all they said is you get ealier access to the demo than others. What if the demo is released after the full game?

All "early" means for sure is that it is playable about one hour before the torrent version.

If you pre-order/get into the first access club, they sent you a thingy saying you will get first access to the demo.

Nothing for now. I just know that I'll probably have more fun with a Serious Sam game.

Rage's gameplay footages aren't that groundbreaking to me so far. And they better improve the AI and those ugly enemy animations.

It's an ID software game, of course the animations are going to be wacky.

I still laugh at some of Doom 3's kill animations, they were so freaking stiff.

Another month won't change things much. I'm taking a "wait and see" position with this one. I'll watch the forums a while and see how it works out before buying into this game and Steam.

I see. Well, I'm not a fanboy or anything but I'll most likely get this on release day. There's something about this game that just seems cool even though it may just end up being a pretty generic shooter.

DNF - I don't really care about the delay. This is another game I'll be buying right away and I've got some stress coming up in may anyway, so...

The story goes that these games always get released on a Tuesday in the U.S. That is the reasoning given on the Gearbox forums.
