Anyone have a Sanic or Alice Madness for the daily deal sale price?

Was the only two games that I missed, I can pay you the price and gift you a game (mostly are Half Life 2 copies but i have a Mafia 2 and L4D2 somewhere around).

I almost bought Deus Ex HR but, with Bioshock 1 (which I am on the last level of but got sidetracked by Burnout Paradise and Skyrim) and now Bioshock 2, I think I'll wait.

It will be discounted again in a couple of months............

........ I must get back into Arkham Asylum as well.

Yep; and it doesn't even look like they're going back to their wishlist promotion.

All the coal has now disappeared so I'm just waiting for my prize of "every game on steam". I wonder if that includes a petabyte sized HD to store it all on :D

The story of the year, for me at least, has been that Steam is starting to get some serious competition. There were some amazing DD deals this winter like Batman Arkham City at $20 and below and...

    Amazon:
    - GTA IV free (w/promo credit)
    - Duke Nukem Forever $.99 (w/promo credit)
    - Witcher $1.99 (w/promo credit)
    - DOW2: Retribution $9.99 (w/promo credit)
    - Deus Ex: HR $9.99 (w/promo credit)
    - Renegade Ops + all DLC $2.99
    - Civ V Complete $10.99
    - Red Faction Armageddon $6

    THQ Store
    - Saint's Row 3 w/ pre-order DLC and Season Pass $23.99

    GetGamesGo
    - Serious Sam 3 $12.99

    GreenManGaming
    - Dead Island $14.99

Just to name a few. Sorry if I haven't updated in here much. I've moved most of this type of stuff to IRC since a lot of the craziest deals were short-lived.

Having said that, here's my haul...

Yeah, I need to get in the habit of visiting Amazon's downloadable stuff, they really did have some great deals this season.

Where did you buy Hard Reset?
I ended up getting it at Steam for the $9.99 a few days ago. It seemed like a good deal, and the 20 minutes I've spent with it so far has not left me disappointed.

I've had an account with Amazon for years.... I must start taking a look at their downloadables too.

Steam had it on sale for $4.99 when I bought it. It's an okay FPS, but I can't say that I'm dying to play it again anytime soon.

There's nothing really special about the game, but the shooting is solid, the graphics are good and there are plenty of baddies to blow up.
That's all I really expected from it.

I didn't buy near as much this year as hal, but this is what I got:

    Alien Zombie Megadeath - $2.49
Astro Tripper - $2.49 (very bad performance in this game for some reason, waiting for a patch)
    Batman: AA - $4.99
    Hard Reset - $ 9.99
    Renegade Ops - $2.99
    Rochard - $4.99
Overlord Complete Pack (Overlord, Overlord: Raising Hell, Overlord II) - $4.99
Serious Sam HD Double Pack (SS HD: First Encounter, SS HD: Second Encounter) - $2.99
    Tomb Raider: Underworld - $4.99
    Xotic - $2.49

I also purchased a hard copy of RAGE for $17.99 (I have no patience to download it), and Really Big Sky for $5.99 from some other digital distributor which I never used before, and I can't remember the name.

Somehow I feel the need to mention the Humble Bundle #4, as it was probably the best deal of them all, even though it was bought a little earlier than when the Steam Sale started.

I pretty much use Amazon to buy everything these days - including games.
They're gonna take over the world.
