Look I only played with KW a few times, and the amount of smoke used on that night was insane. That's all, the issue is pretty much over the bigger issue now is people using 'OMFG SMOKE SPAMMER' online now the entire time.

People really annoy me.

How bout just leave it up to server admins and community leaders to control it and educate before creating another constricting mutator. We've heard before in this post that smoke is a good thing when used appropraitely, and using it appropriately comes from education and peer pressure. It worked successfully here - I say huzzah and yay for good admins.
