The skepticism is a bit unfair when you don't know that guys like to pose as girls on the internet. Why? I have absolutely no idea, but it happens. So when a relatively new user posts a picture, scrutiny is instantly applied. Heck, I imagine there are still people convinced Igoy or MADXW are guys.
