Went back to using the Windows classic theme with flat black for window title bars, item selection, etc. Only thing I changed was to use Segoe UI for the font. Nothing worth showing off. But this pic is pretty cool.

First, I got a new 25" Hannspree 1080p monitor. It's hooked up to my desktop, running Ubuntu 9.04:
