I recently uninstalled a ton of UT2k4 mods & maps, partly for hard drive space, partly because between UTIII and UT I don't have the time/enthusiasm for 2k4 anymore.

However the mods I did keep installed were:

this is where i downloaded Vehicle skinner, but you need to register, and have an email address, but hotmail ones arent accepted. I used my mums old Bigpond one

all it does is gives you a list of about 5 skins, like silver, or black onyx, then you pick a vehicle to place it on, not very interesting, but if you want it bad, here should be a link to download with no restrictions

- Shock Core Fix (sometimes, when not using Unreal II weapons, my own mod)

- Classic Domination 2 and Vehicle Domination 2 (as Mapmixer gives me)
- Vehicular Genocide and Vehicular Homicide (as Mapmixer gives me)

If talking about map packs, well..

- Ultimate Community Map Pack (volumes 1-4)
- UT2004 Onslaught Bonus Map Pack

Did anyone ever get UETF Chronicles to run?
I only can run a very old Prelude singleplayer version + its multiplayer patch but that's like two or three versions behind the latest version and supposedly has some bugs and misses lots of the later features... :|

Yeah, I tried getting it to run a long time ago and it just didn't work. Sucks cause I really loved FEBA on UT1.
