ut3 editor wont open...

hey all, since i finished my uni project using ut3 ed i havent been able to load ut3 ed... when it loads up windows gives me the message that it needs to shutdown the program.. then i have to click ok like three or four times as the same window comes up again...

i have uninstalled the thing and reinstalled the thing over and over... updated my drivers and directx... but nothing seems to make it work.

its come at a bad time as i need to do some stuff for my folio

any help would be great!
