Turning UT 2k3 into Unreal Championship

Hello,
I'm currently on a nostalgia trip. I've seen recent videos of people playing Unreal Championship online via Insignia. Since I no longer own an Xbox I opted to get the next best thing: a used copy of Unreal Tournament 2k3. Unfortunately the game doesn't feature the racial traits and weapon affinities found in Unreal Championship. Is there an existing mod/mutator I can implement?
I have heard of the Species Statistics mutator, but it appears to be exclusive to UT 2k4 :/
