Interesting presentation of facts about Japan. The visuals are done well enough that you don't need to understand Japanese to know what he is saying.

check this out:

and here I thought naggers had no real talent.

serious note: video says "plays guitar like never before," although anyone familiar with the guitar knows that the style she's using is nothing new. but it's obviously pretty rare to see a woman in the middle of Botswana pulling it off.
she's pretty good too

there's many others that don't play in the "conventional" manner, but I've never seen anyone play exactly the way she does
well it's fairly rare, as far as popular playing styles go, but she's simply using the technique known as "guitar tapping." to "tap" the guitar, for harmonics, between squeezing notes.
it's not new, is all I was pointing out, it doesn't take away from her skill.

but tapping is always original in and of itself, because there's no "correct" way to do it, not like other conventional styles. it can be applied in various ways and to varying degrees, all pertaining to the individual artists own mannerisms. you won't find two tap players that play alike.
two very good examples here, if you liked her sound, you'll enjoy these:

search for their names or for guitar tapping to hear more.
it's done on the electric guitar as well.

She wasn't guitar tapping man... >.>

I agree that her style isn't anything special though, especially cause guitar tapping is a lot more unique and all she was doing was holding the guitar differently.
