A little question, Bots are totally stuck on water pool, I have tested with or without pathnodes on water, no real different.
Is it something to set or do to make bots easy on water ??

Do you mean bots trying to exit the pool? In that case I think the only things you can really do is to have the top of the water volume as close to the edge of the pool as possible (without actually making it clip into other geometry).
You could also try to put some blocking volumes down with slightly angled tops to make it easier for bots to leave the pool (and for human players as well for that matter).

/me pushes Sjosz and Nelson into a snail crevasse

Well at least the snails break the fall a bit ;)

Yes it's exactly that, when bots fall on water, they have lot's of trouble to exit it.
Actually the water volumes are 32 uu below the floor. I will try to raise the volume at 8 uu from the edge and see what's happen. Water is one of the key of the map so I hope to fix that...

THX a lot for this advice nELsOn !

My 2nd of three rivers is pretty much done now. Two from above, into the little lake, and one flowing out of it. The last one will be a lot less wild.

But let's not get ahead of ourselves, here's a video of the 2nd one:

Early pre-alpha shot. Sorta going to be a shipping container-covered artificial concrete island.

I hope anyone still remembers Chaos UT. I found it is a good source of inspiration, once in a while:

This is one of several hovertanks I'm currently finishing up to give Onslaught communities like Omnip)o(tents and CEONSS something fresh to play with.

Two other vehicles from that collection are the Nekomata, a standard tank with a hover engine, and the Firebug. Both can be seen along with the Nephthys in this short recording of a bot match:

Yes, bots are stupid and have no real idea how to use the Nephthys efficiently. In fact, they generally have a problem with the fixed-forward turrets most of the hovertanks have.

Love it, Nelson! I also like the inversion that the light sources are blueish cold and the environment is redish warm.
I think it could use more and stronger lights of that kind.
