LDW, sorry to say this but you can't escape other people's opinions. If you think this forum is a bunch of neanderthals, then your experiences with the general population of this country lately must be pretty limited. If we're a bunch of neanderthals, then so is the rest of this country (and probably even more so!). So if you really want to get away from this predominant American attitude (which I don't agree with, for the record) you'll have to move to Canada or something. Leaving BuF will only cut you off from the cool people here, who have different opinions from you, just like everyone on this planet.

I think, that despite your young age, you're a person who has a very strong sense of personal pride. Ya may just have to swallow a bit of it here, because I assume that's preferable to leaving a community which, I think, means something to you.

the world is a beautiful place, and we need 2 fight for it. i know it may not seem it at times, but it is, and these attacks on afghanistan r 2 protect the american people, u live in canada, its ok for u, but there will b a lot of people in america scared right now, about anthrax, friends/family lost in the plane attacks. i've seen kids in primary school on tv, talking bout nightmares they've had that revolve around september 11th. don't u think all these people have the right 2 live safe lives? without worying about the next terrorist attack or whatever. i understand u have a right 2 ur own opinion, but u should respect the people who disagree with u for having their own opinions aswell. now i personally didn't see Bush parading about tv saying first 2 score a monster kill on afghan civilians gets a free ticket 2 heaven, so don't act like he's all evil and out 2 kill innocent people, he is the president of the united states, he is doing his job and protecting his people, i for 1 respect him and his decisions.

Online, age means nothing. If your 80, if your 11, it doesnt matter, its what you're like as a person that counts. From talking with LDW in IRC she seems to be a pretty nice person. I try as hard as I can not to base judgement on what someone looks like, or how old they are, or what sex they are, or what race there are etc etc etc etc, Im sure plenty other do as well.

LDW: dont leave cos a few peeps pissed you off, its nice that you aired your views, thats always a good thing, and there's always gonna be people who dont agree with you. Argue, discuss, wotever, thats what forums are about

Haha you think it's better in Canada? Well might be for the reason e didn't loose the people and the two towers, I have heard that there aws a plan of some terrorist to kill every single living Canadian. Go to my school, two REAL fires in the last two days, EVERYDAY I see Anthrax looking substances on the floor, is it Anthrax? Is it flour? Is it crushed Rockets? only time will tell, when you see the next day wel you know it wasn't real, just think about it, EVERYDAY we see it, so maybe when it's going to be the real thing people won't care and a few 1000 people of my school won't live to see the next week, plus they have to send the sample over to Winnipeg, which will take 3 weeks to get the word of if it was real.
Just saying it seems to you it's easier to live on this side of the border. well maybe it is, but the fear is still there and the same threats are going against us.
