need logitech wheelmouse fix

could someone please post a link to the gamewheel.exe fix for the logitech wheelmouse scroll fix?

i know its somewhere in the forums but cannot find it anymore.

your help would be appreciated.

the file is called gamewheel.exe or somthing like that
