Well, it's not as if the entire team is at work on Infiltration 24/7. With the exception of Warren, Maxx3D, CBuzz, Beppo, Optikron, Neo, and Bastard'O, I'd assume most of the other team members have plenty of free time with which to thrash the newbies. However, I wouldn't mind being a "full-time" moderator, just so long as I'm not the only one. When I'm not at work, my ass is firmly planted in front of my computer (which is to say about 8-12 hours a day depending on my work schedule), so it's not like I wouldn't have the time. I'm assuming there would also be certain "benefits" to being a moderator as well...

What do you mean this is getting too elitest? I don't think it is, but you can't have newbies being moderators, and people who are well established in this forum know how things work, and (most of them) have a certain level of respect from others (I know I look up to Zundfolge and Keiichi )

You missed BuddyPickle. I think much of the team is busy with their other lives (jobs, family, etc...), when they're not working on INF.

I definately think it would have to be a TEAM of moderators. The forum is a big thing for a single person to handle, and no-one can be expected to be in here ALL the time ( though some of us are in here more than we really should be ).

I'll volunteer myself, too; however, in the high traffic periods in the forums before/during/after big INF releases, I may run a little short on time. But hey, with a team of moderators I'm sure it wouldn't be that bad, and I'm sure there's no way my schedule could be as hectic as some of the Sentry Studios guys' are.
