Crocodiles shouldn't be allowed free passage in the sea. There ought to several checkpoints with middle aged, bored security agents sporting a billy club the size of wyoming. And a shiny badge. Each croc must wear a ID form on its back. In case of obstruction and gnarling, a midget should be sacrificed to ease the croc's mood.

Congress will debate on this issue next sunday.
