Yeah, I still don't believe at all what Jacks is saying. I bet it's much harder to figure out how to get the service and a much higher chance of getting caught in the US. Also the ages are probably a lot higher in the US, remember those stats even consider 17 year olds child prostitution. It's pretty bang on. You can take a third world country where the richest are insanely rich and well off, and the poorest are in absolute poverty.
But nowhere else in the world is the divide between the two as great as it is in the USA - and that's a fact. Hurricane Katrina and it's aftermath is a classic example of this.
