I had to put the feelers out for the new races. Not too thrilled so far. Can't figure out what kind of look I'm trying to get with the Sylvari. Customizations are crazy tho. I tried out Thief... hell no. Trying out Mesmer and Ele now. Still haven't found anything as fun as the Nec or Guardian.

Yea, got to level 6 with Human Nec.. Pretty Fun and she looks real nice. Going to test drive the others to get a feel for them. I noticed it got real laggy lasy nite, and kept getting put into waiting queues.

Sorry only jumped on for a bit..
Man, they still haven't fixed the major lag issues.
Guess all the stress testing didn't help..
Took advantage of banking system swapping stuff between characters works like a charm.
I am interested in the Guild Bank and how well we can share resources.

Alrighty, found the Instance for that last POI.

Created a Norn Warrior, had alot of fun playing that one. Great Sword was pretty bad arse.

Anyway just wanted to post some thoughts. Armor and Weapons will be pretty cool once you get to higher levels where you can create customized ones. I see at lower levels weapon skins and armor not that important.
I can't wait to see how the Wiki gets done. Be good to know all the Skins and Armor types..

Come on 8/25/2012!!

Wait... you'll be able to customize armor like you do characters? Where did you read this?

Sorry I kind of disappeared on you yesterday. We had people over for dinner last night to discuss last minute vacation details.

I was discussing character selection late last night with Aaron. I think I'm settled on:

Human Nec, Charr Guardian, Sylvari Ele, Norn Mes, and Asura Engineer. Have names for all but the Sylvari.

I would assume when you Craft Armor the higher your Crafting Profession (Armor, Weaponsmith) the better recipes become available and you should have some control over your selection.

Will do some reading to see how it works..

Good Info Here..

Nice Database and Forums.
Looks like lots of Armor but no Customizing looks wise.

Not sure how important the World Server selection is but it would be nice if we all choose the same one. If you plan on WvW then its very important.

When Guild Wars 2 launches, you will also have the option to play with your friends on another world with our free “guesting” feature. With guesting, your characters can play on any world where you have friends—with certain restrictions. For instance, you will not be able to participate in WvW while guesting.

Ehmry Bay sounds good.. Let us know if you plan on selecting a different one.

They just did an impromptu 1 hour stress test. I thought about changing from Ehmry Bay but didn't because really, what does it matter? There was a dance party going on lol. Can't wait for this game!
