UE2 - UT2kX Custom UT2k4 campaign?

Hey everybody, I'm not sure if this is the right subforum to be posting in so I apologize if it's not. What I'm wanting to do is to create a custom UT2k4 campaign (with custom maps + models). I don't have experience in modding Unreal engine games but I've played around with QuakeC and I've modded+mapped a fair bit in Doom. If someone can just point me in the right direction I'd be extremely grateful.
