But yeah, if you get a hot naked chick right away, it's most likely just somebody routing a movie or a .gif through their camera output. You can do that with ManyCam for example. I've messed around with a lot of people that way.
People who wouldn't hesitate to spring a trick like that just to film someone beating their sausage so they can post it all over the internet.
