Can I remove Medipacks etc??

I dled INF yesterday and I liked it its good fun
just as much as I like Tactical Ops. and Strike Force (yes I am easy to please /infopop/emoticons/icon_smile.gif .

Now my question being, I like SF the most cause of its realism.
Now I was wondering can I remove the SHIELDS, ANTI Grav boots, Medipacks, Healthpoints etc from the game?
I mean I dont like that idea of them in the game.
I think when ur shot u cant heal urself that quick with a medipack or a healthpoint or even a shield that glows around ur body.
That aint my fav kind of idea with a cool mutator like this.

so if this is possible to remove them
plz tell me how

removing medipacks really depends on the mapper... most maps at realmaps don't have health packs. As for the power ups you can disable them at the mutator screen
