UE3 - General Anyway of controlling color saturation? ini line or command?

I am searching everywhere for this...there must be a way to control color saturation.

What would that line of code look like? Can you give me an example.

I tried "Desaturation=2.0" and I see no effect.

I should mention I am doing this on Mass Effect 2.
