anyone knows if their are performance differences between the three OS, like which OS will you get better FPS and what not in??

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. Well, I know one Mac person that is struggling with the demo. He's getting great performance on Rankin, but Convoy and Torlan are almost unplayable. He said that they released a patch for the Mac demo this week that improved performance on Torlan a lot, but it's still far from pretty.
He is also complaining that 1. He can't see player highlighting 2. No players seem to have team colors in any mod...they are all the military green.
Overall, listening to him makes it sound like the Mac version is having some issues.

The Mac demo seems to take real advantage of dual processors. A lot of the pre-G5 single processor machines are quite choked by the limitations of the G4 architechture and it seems that they are hitting the wall when trying to do the number-crunching involved in calculating vehicle karma in onslaught and assault.
People with dual processors, and in particular the dual proc G5s, are getting great performance as far as I can tell.
I've got both the windows and linux versions the main diffence is that linux only surports openGL rendering, i also noticed that the linux version doesn't have 1280x1024 res for some reason probably a bug
so with windows using the defult renderer and res of 1280x1024 and linux using openGL and a res of 1024x768 I noticed consederably higher fps under linux. later i'll change the windows setting to mirror the linux ones so its a fair comparison.
