UT3 crashes and refuses to go fullscreen

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

OK I am leaving UT3. Effects dissaper etc...I dunno what causes this but this is mess....
really I am damn dissapointed, it's like it does it on purpose, if I solve something another problem appears....

EDIT: Meh got it finally fixed, but I thought I will really leave the game for while because of this...
I got also newest drivers now, not that it changed anything significant though.

But now UT3 even crashes while minimizing it..

Try updating your video drivers. That's the first thing you should do with any visual problem.

Failing that, try a reinstall of the game.

I did, it didn't change anything though but later mesing with the options and drivers did the thing, although yesterday it all worked fine and without crashing too...
I don't wanna reinstall the game but there sure is something unstable in there..

Yes, it was just that..guess it became more unstable for some reason. Now it seems fine, but I did not try changing resolution again or changing localization back etc...although that should not affect it.
