Well if you are at work or something and the wood is just totally noticable then you will have problems. You either goto work and deal with it, keep in mind that you will get laughed at by your male workers, and likely slapped by the females, or miss work and seek medical attention so you can go to work and not totally embarrass yourself. In otherwords don't use this stuff on a weekday.

a "wood" is the blood flowing into your organ and not coming out again. therefore the blood is stuck there. 4 hours or more old blood is not good for it's health u know.
I read a horrible story somewhere about a guy that took Viagra when he didn't need it. His erection lasted four days, became extremely sensitive, and he had to go to the hospital to have 'it' drained.
