UT2004 System requirements?

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Does anyone know whether the systen requirements to play UT2004 is the same for UT 2003? I ask this because 2004 seems to be 2003 with additions to put it simply, but am not sure.

Thanks.

Never thought I'd see a game take 3gig! /me remember the days of having a full game on one floppy. :)

I guess if I don't find broadband or at least a faster dialup by the end of the year, I'll have to stick to bot matches.

Or multiple, if you go back to Commodore64 days ;)

Yeah, I remember making friends with the most annoying kid in school who had a Commodore64, just so I could go to his house and play "Bird vs Dr J."

Strangely enough, that map runs better for me than CTF-Thorns2k3... 30 fps as opposed to 20 fps with 10 people. Oh, and all the detail is coming from the individually modeled bricks. Every time I play that map I think to myself "Doom 3 can do bumpmaps to fake bricks, but in UT 2003, you can MODEL bricks!"

OMG CSM made teh funneh!
