You've honestly never seen videos of people filming while driving? Hell, I've seen my share of people filming in their cars with my own eyes. The only thing suspicious here is the fact he seems to be filming that flatbed for no real reason. I'm pretty damn sure that post in his windshield is real. The only way you could call it fake is if it was somehow staged (yeah right, who wants to try that) or it's two spliced videos.
