Sorry about Fur's response...don't get annoyed too quickly. He was mad because of several things: 1) The suggestions forum has a clause that reads "Note: New weapons suggestions are generally disregarded"
2)This was your first post...he doesn't like newbies.
3)Mac-10s are overused, overrated, and just don't fit the military style of this mod.

Yeah, don't worry about it. The Mac-10 won't be seen in INF (likely ever), but the Uzi is somewhat similar, and a much better weapon. The Mini-Uzi you should see in INF in the next few updates, as it has already been modelled and skinned.

Go take a look at the Real Life Gaming: Weapon Section to see the full lists of weapons to be included in INF (as has been decided thus far), as well as all the specs on those weapons. I think you'll like the selection.

...good job Fur, this is the kind of thing that give INF community a bad name. Every MB I go to, I read posts about how rude the INF community is. It's bull****! We used to be the most helpful, professional MB out there for Unreal/UT. Common man, you remember what it was like to be a 'newbie'. Just chill a little.

1) Hannibal didn't mean newbie in a derrogitory sense- he just meant someone who is new here.
2) I don't believe anyone laughed at you. Fur only had a shocked expression because he thought this thread would provoke an incident, but he was wrong... maybe all the high strung people just got out there aggressions in INF multiplayer games- where aggression belongs.

sorry to leech out at you man. It just seems like everytime I read a post that someone new writes, some regular from this forum replies with nothing remotely close to an answer. I read about 3 or 4 posts before yours and yours just happened to be the one that I replied to. I just wish people wouldn't reply to something, if it isn't going to be an answer. This used to happen to me. I'd ask a ? and everyone would post a smart-ass comemnet and not answer my ?. That's not cool.
So once again, sorry for misunderstanding your original reply to prowler. Please, in the future, don't reply to a stupid ? if you can't answer it.

The MAC10 is a cheap piece of crap.

I dont know what the SAS were thinking.

Its jsut a few pieces of sheet metal. CS were stupid to put it in their game, but then again, its not the stupidest thing they've ever done

Its ok though, your new, I suppose we could let it slide, and only lightly toast you up instead of flaming you...

Whoever said that the mac-10 wasnt a military weapon the navy seals use it (where did you get this information you dont know anything)

Whoever the weapons guy is in INF i think gryphon but im not sure or wait its in there inventory but still besides how much harder to control could it be over the akmsu (i seriously hate that gun) well i guess it really wouldnt matter if they added the mac-10 cuz i wouldnt use it but it would be realistic cuz its in the navy seals

I think they should add the H&K Ump 45 so i dont have to use a mp5 like everyone in the entire inf commuinity does

I agree, i liked the mp5 with supressor, but everybody uses it so i went back to the dumless aksu. Another supressed SMG would certainly make my day. So bring on the UMP.

BTW is there such a thing as a supressr for the G36c?

As for the aug, t's just as corny as the desert eagle by now. Everybody has it, at least we don't have the .50AE. If they add the aug i'm hoping they add it in the H-Bar configuraton. That way we'd get a new weapon and a support weapon at the same time.

The UMP would be pointless in INF.

The MP5/40A3 is (DUH!) a .40 weapon, the only .45 we should expect to see is a pistol (SOCOM Mk23, should be in soon i think)

So having a .45 subgun and a .40subgun.. well it just takes up much needed armory space for my Steyr Scout, doesn't it

But then again.. weapon suggestions are generally disgrearded....

P.S Where did the navy SEALs come into the equation, i said the SAS, as in the british SAS who used the Mac10.
