Beer Camp Time!
Well Sierra Nevada released their Beer Camp 12 pack, which is a 4 beer variety pack. Here's what I thought of them!

*I drank them in this order on purpose. Lighter to heavier was a good idea*
California Common 8.5/10

I wasn't expecting much from this beer after I read the description while I was at the Brewery. I passed it up for the beers in my last post, like the Maple Red Eh'l. This beer caught me off guard though. Very tasty indeed. Would go great with some back yard BBQ. It feels like a lighter Pale Ale, but not quite light as a Lager.
Weisenboch 6.5/10

I really don't care for Hefeweizen, so this one didn't really do it for me. I do give it props for having a hint of Banana in the taste.
Juniper Black Ale 9/10

My first word after I took my first drink of this beer were "Holy F'ing Sh*t!" This beer tastes like a stout, but with stronger hops. A mixture that has the best of both worlds. Loved it!
Double IPA 8.5/10

This is the same Double IPA from my last post, but in a bottle rather than on tap. I dare to say that I enjoyed the bottled form better... but just 0.5 more. Still an amazing beer.
And now for something you won't find unless you're in Chico,Ca.
Sierra Nevada Old Chico Crystal Wheat 7/10

This, like the California Common, I didn't have high hopes for. I've had SN's regular Crystal Wheat a few years ago, and I didn't care for it then. However, this has less of a Lager feel to it, unlike normal Crystal Wheat.
This is another great warm weather time beer. Goes great with pizza!
