why not? here's an updated benchmark for my current system
UT 432's D3D driver using 0 as the min desired FPS.. basically default D3D settings except coronas and vol lighting off, same basic system as my first post:
Athlon Classic 650mhz
128megs of ram
3D Prophet DDR-DVI (geforce1 ddr, 32megs of ram)
only real difference is, at that time, I was using a 14incher and now I got my own 17in monitor finally
medium texture and skin detail
1024x768x16
1st run: 29.71 95.59 51.39
2nd run: 30.04 95.99 51.72
1280x1024x16
1st run: 29.28 95.88 49.77
2nd run: 28.99 100.94 49.39
by the looks of it 1280 is actually playable but I run at 1024 because by the time I get up to 1280 my crosshair seems to take up about half the screen
