That's simply the best organic camo I've ever seen, it simply can replicate everything in it's environment (from blue and green algae/rocks) and even match this final grainy/bumpy touch you won't even notice it's there until it shift.

The generations of his kind has turned out to be simply amazing.

EDIT: On further observation, his skin really pull out a lot of bumpiness to give it that final touch it needs to be entirely stealthy.
