Shoot in RAW first and foremost as the white balance I would have no idea. Those lights cast an orange glow, so your shots are going to come out really warm. You are going to want to ajust the temps in post I think. Other than that, use the light meter to set it off that. Are these going to B&W or color shots?

I can't shoot in RAW mode unfortunately. It was the only one with my specifications/needs that was in my price range.

Anyway, I actually want the orange color to highlight the picture. But black and white could be a possibility. Should I use the camera's B&W function, or should I do it in post?

Absolutely positive, just JPEG. My camera is the Canon PowerShot SX120 IS if you want to check yourself.

Yep that camera wont shoot raw. Good camera though.

If you have photoshop/bridge you can still change the color temperature.

Open up bridge. Right click on your image.
Select "open with camera raw"

ACR will open your jpg and you will find that you have pretty much the same power as you do with a raw image. What you will not have is a 2 - 10 stop advantage when editing photos. You will have about 1/4 - 1/2 stops to play with before your jpg file shows the limit to what you can do with it.

ACR is the best tool for adjusting specific colors and color temperatures. I find it to be much more powerful than photoshop for these sort of adjustments.

I flew over here with 2 suitcases, so I don't have anything else right now. There are a few boxes and my PC to be sent from home but nothing big. I like not having loads of clutter tbh :D It felt very cut off in the 2 days between the hotel and here when I didn't have internet ;)
