there is a list of the top50 UT files on fileplanet:

it says that inf 2.82 patch is #2 this week but i can't see 2.85 anywhere... does no one download new versions anymore or is it just the wrong filename?

TO2 (although the page reads 1.4, it is 2 when u click on the fp link) is #4.
