error on start

i get a critical error when i start INF

this is what it says:

i am using UT 436, it does not start anything, I click the icon and it gives this error. Please help, if u need any info just ask.

look for a file called "Running.ini" in your UT system folder and delete it, INF should work fine afterwards. you'll need to do this after every crash

Man, one would expect that they fixed this bug since it was the same for 2.80.

Oh well, Inf still kicks.
