I know u guys have not even touched the player models, but I think an item that could add a lot to the whole gameplay and give a realistic fell are handcuffs (I'm sure some twat will take this in the kinky fashion. While a character is using the fake death then you could take them prisoner allowing a new element to be added to the game. Think of this, you're down to your last life and sure you're going to die then why not give yourself up and hope that a teammate rescues u....
