I want to run the setup in unrealtournament/system to get rid of a few mods but when I double click on it, it gives me this error

Setup: Missing version number
History: UsetupDefinition::Init <- WFilterWizard <- Setup
I'm thinking this is also maybe tied in to why only some of the umods I get work. (2 out of maybe 20 or so have not worked because they say UT is not installed but the other 18 or so work fine.)
