Something wrong with my dial-up connection?

  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Your modem is set to turn off at a predetermined time. YOu need to turn off that option. Goto your modem setup and ensure the "Disconnect if Idle" tab is unchecked, or anything else that forces your modem to shut off after a long period of time.

You can find these items in the ControlPanel>Systems>Devices>Modems or open up My computer and right click your modem and click properties. Search around and you should find it.
