  • Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes. It is highly recommended that you configure this to keep your account safe.

Ok...I've got FarCry installed...got the latest drivers...got the latest patch...yet when I start it up, that first screen (I think it's called a 'splash screen') comes up...then it jams. I used to get a message about some missing TMP file...but not anymore...just the freeze at the screen. I've looked over the help forums, but can't find jack ****. Anyone know what to do?

Try the 1.1 patch, and latest drivers. Note: The 1.1 patch is NOT the latest patch, which is the 1.2 patch. if you got the 1.2 patch, there were some major problems with it. Also, try the latest DirectX.

Yes thre are issues with the 1.2 patch but for many the patch worked great. Thats what I am currently running and it solved most of my problems. Not the totaly messed up grahpic interiors but I used a work around for that.
