newegg.com. They have some good 19 in. monitors with 1600x1200x75hz monitors for under $200. Plus newegg.com has the best service and reliability of any online retailer I know of. If you just read the ratings for their products, half of them don't even praise the product (although most do, revealing that they offer only good stuff), they just praise Newegg. They have quite a cult following. I think they got 6.5/7 at ResellerRatings. God, I sound like an advertisment. :p
