Ok, can someone learn me about the buying system. I go to a screen in the Main menu with a list of weapon upgrades (flashlight, laser, etc.), magazines, and wepons. There's also credits shown at the bottom. I went and purchased the only weapon i didn't have becuase it didn't see it in the loadouts choices. So i bought the HK69 and as many 40mm grenades as possible and hit what i assumed would put them in-game, so i hit 'activate'. But i still don't see em. Then i see there's also a dropdown box of loadouts on that page. And every time i scroll to a different weapon, my credit ammount changes. So i figure "different upgrades for different wepons" but all the same things are there!

Anyway, i could use some help. Thanx, Diablo. The INF Manual on the site kinda explains it, but i'm not 100% getting it.

You can't get more credits.

And be sure to save and activate the loadout.

Yeah, activating is the part that I find confuses people the most. Not only do you have to activate it, but you have to then (if you're currently playing) select that loadout.

As far as I've seen you don't have to select it after hitting "Activate", you just have to die or go to another map.

And, uh, change the name to something other than "New Loadout."

Saving your loadout does just that. Do that first. Then if you want to use that loudout in the next round that you play hit "activate".

Hmmmm mine must be bugged because even if I hit activate I still have to pick it from my loudout menu in game...

Ok, thanx guys. It was getting kinda confusing. Hey, how come thenHK69 isn't pre-loaded? It's the only weapon that can't be chosen when you first d/l the game. Why'd they put it in there then?

You know, INF comes with set loadouts. You can delete em and make your own, or edit them. So how come (i ask) the HK69 isn't in any of the pre-loaded sets?

It isn't used that much is all I can think.

Why not? The aiming system hard? You know, the guy pulls up the aiming range thingy with so many yards the higher you go and bah! I don't know how to explain it, let-alone use it.

I guess it is a specialized weapon... some people only use it with a pistol. Those people play as support units rather than asssault units.

Well when i made it as a loadout, i put the following:

*Desert Eagle and clips
*Ka Bar Knife
*HK MP5 and magazines, no attachments
*HK69 and 40mm nades

The aiming ladder on the HK69 is messed up. Go shoot it off on the shooting rang at different ranges and see what I mean.

I've already tried that. Dam hard it is. I just use it sometimes as support fire as mentioned.
