WWII weapons (not a weapon suggestion)

Ok, I am creating a database of stats for common small arms used during WWII. I have it done for US small arms, and have a list of German, Russian, and Japanese arms, but I havn't been able to fine much of any info on what weapons the British (other than stens and Lee-Enfields) , French, Canadians, and Australians used. Can anyone give me some links or lists?

What book? I am thinking of buying a Janes book on small arms, but I am not sure. What do you have?
