I just checked dictionary.com doesn't know what a winkerbeen is. Everyone knows what a winkerbeen is.

Winkerbeen: One who winkers.

They do, know winker, but they got it wrong. it's actually:

Winker: 1. To act like a coconut
2. To run around, screaming about cheebles while acting like a coconut.
