[wrong answer 1] Create a geosphere shape primitive brush, then 'add' it multiple times within a subtracted cube. Make sure to include several with sub 16 Unreal Units (UU) diameter spheres. The BSP/CSG collision tree loves many non-planar cuts that result in tiny surfaces with less than 1UU widths!

[wrong answer 2... might work for creating BSP holes] Create a cube primitive (tesselated=false), grab one of its vertices and drag it down by 16 UUs and subtract, poof instant rendering bug!
