God I hate the setup.exe in the Map Pack. Just cuz of that my .umods won't work. If I delete that file from my zip, the maps would still work right? I can't see any reason why not, but I'm still asking. 
Would the Map Pack work if I deleted the Setup.exe?

Two Factor Authentication is now available on BeyondUnreal Forums. To configure it, visit your Profile and look for the "Two Step Verification" option on the left side. We can send codes via email (may be slower) or you can set up any TOTP Authenticator app on your phone (Authy, Google Authenticator, etc) to deliver codes.
