    This map uses 95% custom content, created in Max, Photoshop, SpeedTree, and UDK - build time ~2 1/2 weeks

    It's an industrial property located across a river in a city. Plenty of buildings and vertical action, with open space for Scorpion vehicles too

    This is a UDK map, right?

    I think you could improve the map alot by using photo reference. Improving the textures colors and "lighting" would make a big difference.
