I like the picture and the copy of the new one, but I don't like the background color.

If you could use a green that was about 75% of the color of the messsage board background I think it would look nicer, also maybe a different font (stencil is kind of hard to read) I'd go with something like the font in the old one).

the top one is better but maybe switch the background to the gray in the other sig
