When i prone with the dodge binding my weapons wont´fire till i get up

I don´t know if this is already here, but i looked a lot of threads, and no one had it.
When i do the classical "Up, Up" and get prone
My weapons won´t fire in anyway... and it gets back to normal when i get up. It´s annoying
specially when using any sniper riffle.
Does anyone know how to fix it?

1st mouse butto as primary fire
and arrow keys as movement
(sorry about my english)

That one is news to me, does it also do it when u press youre tockle prone key?

Nope, when i use the prone key, it works ok
